Today I thought I would share with you a lovely recipe that was created by one of my “lovely” Kelle B interns, Miss Kelli Love! Known to many of us around here as K-Love, she is a spunky, happy go lucky, fashionable, and a dang hard worker! She helped me out with not only Farmers Markets, but lots of PR projects like the Redeemed Relics Furniture Show last year, as well as the day to day running of Kelle B Designs.
This dish came about after I gave her some of the Dill Citrus Salt as a reward after a long days work. She took it home and created this lovely Dill Citrus Salt Crusted Salmon dish that I just had to share with you!
Preheat the oven to 450°F.
Rinse & pat salmon dry steak. Sprinkle a thick crust of Kelle B Jammin’s Dill Citrus Salt on top of salmon and press to adhere.
Although she has moved on to new ventures of a more than prosperous PR career, we will always adore the time we had with her last summer and will remember her healthy ways with this delish and simple meal! Thank you K-Love for all your hard work and for the fun times you encouraged this summer! -Love, Kelle B
