Frozen Yogurt JAM Pops | Kelle B Jammin’

Summer is really heating up and I just KNEW there had to be a way to cool down while using jam… and I was RIGHT! Ha, HA!

I present to you the Frozen Yogurt JAM Pops using Kelle B Jammin’ Apricot Ginger jam!

It is an easy recipe that uses Kelle B Jammin’s flavor packed jams to really hit your taste buds with a one, two punch!

Perfect for a snack or special occasion to share with friends.  I shared mine with my niece, Olivia… I think she liked them… I know I sure did!

Frozen Yogurt Kelle B Jammin' JAM Pops
Servings: 6
  • 2 cups whole plain Greek yogurt regular non-sweetened
  • 2-3 tablespoons of your favorite Kelle B Jammin’ jam I used Apricot Ginger
  • 1 tablespoon honey to taste/optional
  • 1/2 cup Fresh fruit optional – I used some fresh raspberries (rinsed)
  1. Blend together the Greek yogurt and jam. Have a taste and if needed, mix in some honey to make it to your desired sweetness.
  2. Use the spoon to transfer the yogurt blend into the popsicle mould and insert popsicle sticks. Freeze for at least four hours.
  3. When you’re ready for a sweet treat, simply run warm water around the outsides of the moulds for about ten seconds and gently remove the popsicles.
  4. Enjoy with a jam good friend!

Notes: I found my moulds at World Market, but they are all over the place these days! You can definitely be creative and add your own spin. Any jam would work nicely, even a spicy one for something utterly unique! It's a perfect way to cool off on a hot day and spread the love!
