I used the Instant Pot to make this recipe, but it could easily be made in a skillet very quickly! And if you are cooking for fewer than 4 it makes a great left over lunch!  Enjoy and have a #jamgood meal! 😉  Kelle B

Ingredients
  • ½ T olive oil
  • ½ T butter
  • 4 pork chops (1” thick)
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 1 tsp orange zest
  • ¼ tsp poultry seasoning
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • ½ c Kelle B Jammin’ Orange Pineapple Marmalade
  • 2 T orange juice
  • 1 T apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp cornstarch (optional)
Instructions
  1. With the Instant Pot’s lid off, heat oil on HIGH, Brown/Sauté setting until hot.
  2. Season pork chops with salt & pepper and place in the pot to brown on each side.
  3. In a measuring cup add chicken stock, orange zest, poultry seasoning, and onion powder and whisk together until combined. Add to Instant Pot and secure lid in locked position. Set for 15 minutes on HIGH.
  4. Let the Instant Pot’s pressure release naturally for 10 minutes before quick releasing any remaining pressure. Remove the chops and let rest under foil.
  5. Drain and reserve the cooking liquid in measuring cup.
  6. Set the cooker on HIGH, Brown/Sauté with lid off and whisk in Kelle B Jammin’ Orange Pineapple Marmalade, orange juice, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, & cornstarch to create glaze. Let cook until just combined and sauce begins to simmer. Use the drained cooking liquid to get the preferred consistency of sauce (approximately 1-2 T.). Drizzle glaze over pork chops and serve!
